License Agreement

AI-Assisted Data Engineering Development Playbook

This License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of the document titled AI-Assisted Data Engineering Development (the “Work”), including all accompanying text, scripts, examples, and supplemental materials.

By purchasing, downloading, or using the Work, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.

1. Grant of License

The Author grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Work according to the license tier purchased.

This Agreement grants a license to use, not a transfer of ownership.

2. License Tiers

2.1 Individual License

The Individual License permits:

Use by one (1) named individual
Personal reference and implementation
Modification of scripts for personal use only

The Individual License does not permit:

Sharing, distributing, or reproducing the Work in whole or in part
Internal redistribution within an organization
External distribution or publication
Resale or inclusion in other products

2.2 Team License

The Team License permits:

Use by up to ten (10) individuals within a single organization
Internal sharing among licensed users
Internal reference in documentation and standards
Modification of scripts for internal organizational use

The Team License does not permit:

External distribution outside the organization
Publication or resale of the Work
Use by contractors or affiliates not covered by the purchasing organization

2.3 Enterprise License

The Enterprise License permits:

Use by an unlimited number of users within a single organization
Internal distribution for:
- Training
- Architecture standards
- Internal documentation
Modification of scripts for internal use
Use in internal workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions

The Enterprise License does not permit:

External distribution
Resale or sublicensing
Publication of the Work or derivatives outside the organization

Enterprise License terms may be customized by written agreement.

3. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Work remain the exclusive property of the Author.

Nothing in this Agreement grants any ownership rights or intellectual property rights beyond the limited license expressly stated herein.

4. Restrictions

Except as expressly permitted under the applicable license tier, you may not:

Copy, reproduce, or distribute the Work
Share the Work publicly or privately with unlicensed users
Remove or alter copyright notices
Use the Work to create competing products or services

5. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Work is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

The Author does not warrant that the Work will meet your specific requirements or operate in all environments.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Author shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Work, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Termination

This license is effective until terminated.

The Author may terminate this license if you materially breach its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Work and destroy all copies in your possession.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Author resides, without regard to conflict of law principles.
